What we collect
Through the forms on this site we receive only what you enter yourself: your name, email address, phone or messenger handle, country, group size, intended travel dates and the text of your message. In addition, the server records technical data — the date and time of submission and the IP address — to protect against spam.
What we use it for
Solely to reply to your enquiry, calculate an itinerary and arrange your trip. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for no longer than 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so within a few business days.
Cookies
The site uses a single technical cookie, which remembers the interface language you chose. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Just write to the address listed under Contact.
Security
Data is transmitted over a secure connection and is accessible only to the staff handling your enquiry. Access is password-protected and restricted by role.
